PLP Programme Manager

We are looking for an excellent project manager with great people skills to lead and manage the PLP scheme. This is a challenging role, the successful candidate must be deft at partnership-working and can continue to realise the full potential of this integrated heritage scheme, which deals with sustainable farming, archaeology, wildlife and countryside access across the nationally important landscape of the Land’s End peninsula. 

The post holder will manage a team of nine staff and budgets totaling £3m. Responsible to Cornwall Wildlife Trust as lead partner, the key constituency of a partnership board representing around 15 organisations and funders, principally The National Lottery Heritage Fund.

Volunteer Coordinator

We are seeking an engaging and well-organised Volunteer Coordinator, to continue developing and supporting volunteering across all the PLP projects. 

The post holder will be employed by the lead partner Cornwall Wildlife Trust, working closely with a team of nine other staff, a wide range of community groups and other partner organisations. This post is funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and Cornwall AONB.
